Unfortunately some of the sleepers on the railway track under Pilley Bridge were set alight and damaged recently.

Thanks to Chris from GWR, and several volunteers at Novembers work party, we have been able to affect repairs:
The burnt sleepers were removed:

New ones wrangled into place:

After much huffing and puffing, things were back how they should be, as shown by the relieved looks below …
